Conflict in the Countryside

This role play takes place at a transitional moment for a country emerging from more than twelve years of civil war. As part of the international support for the reconstruction effort, a European Health Association has decided to construct a health clinic in a highly contested province. This endeavor is complicated by ethnic divisions, an absence of local administrative support, and limitations of funding. The role play requests the development of a process design proposal with recommendations of next steps.
