Key Steps in the Elicitive Model

The elicitive nature of conflict resolution training is accomplished through at least five kinds of activities. These can be arranged in chronological sequence, as shown in this diagram, however they also represent attitudes and goals through the training process. The five activities are: Discovery, Naming and Categorizing, Evaluation, Adapt/Recreate, and Practical Application.
