Walking and Talking
"Walking provides time to circle around ideas, come over them step-by-step, and deep the grasp of what we may be struggling to know, touch, or fully comprehend."

I believe that walking can be a spiritual practice. And walking together has a profoundly different effect on insight, learning, and understanding than do the formal discussions that take place in class or offices. I have introduced walking into many of my training sessions and also into university classes.

Walking has a number of qualities that should not be overlooked…
